About Dr Health Hub
Dr Health Hub is an online pharmacy based in Faisalabad. Our idea is simple: you should be able to order genuine medicines and health products from your phone, pay when they reach your door, and talk to a real person on WhatsApp if you need help.
What we do
- Sell medicines, supplements and skincare products from original manufacturers.
- Deliver all over Pakistan. Faisalabad orders usually arrive the same day or within 24 hours; other cities take 2-3 business days.
- Confirm every order on WhatsApp before it is dispatched.
- Help you find a medicine that is not on our website. Send us its name or a photo and we will check it for you.
How ordering works
- Choose your products and place the order. No account is needed.
- Send the order details to us on WhatsApp so our team can confirm it.
- We dispatch your order. Pay cash on delivery, or by JazzCash / EasyPaisa in advance.
Delivery
Free on orders of Rs. 2,000 or more. Smaller orders have a flat charge of Rs. 250.
Returns
Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please read our Return & Refund policy on the store page for the exceptions.
